If you intend to purchase hydroponics products from Mr-Beam-Hydro and/or use our website, we advise you to read these terms and conditions carefully.
These terms and conditions are an agreement between you and Mr-Beam-Hydro. They'll govern the contract of any sale you enter into with us.
1. General
1.1 By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.2 When you place an order with us, you agree to purchase our product(s).
1.3 You must be at least eighteen years of age to purchase any product from our website.
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse to sell you any product that you order from us.
2. Pricing
2.1 Prices on our website and in our catalogue do not include delivery charges. Please contact us for our current delivery charges.
2.2 You are given the price of each product you purchase from us when you place your order. We reserve the right, for any reason, to amend this price. In the occurrence of such an event, we'll contact you with the correct price. You'll then be given the option to either proceed with the order or cancel.
If you've already received your order, you can either pay the extra amount due to us or return the product. If you opt to return, we'll fully reimburse you with the amount you paid for the product and all delivery charges.
2.3 Special offers and promotions are subject to availability and only for the time period quoted.
2.4 You only own any product you order from us once we receive final payment.
3. Availability
3.1 On rare occasions we may be unable to deliver the product(s) that we have agreed to. We'll always fully reimburse you with the price you paid for the product(s) and the delivery charge (if applicable). However, we'll not be held liable for any loss which results from this lack of availability.
3.2 We also reserve the right to change any product that you order from us. But we guarantee that this product will be equivalent in terms of functionality and performance.
4. Delivery
4.1 When you first purchase a product from our website you create an account with us.
4.2 As stated in clause 2.1, prices which appear on our website and in our catalogue do not include delivery charges. Please contatc us for our current delivery charges.
5. Returns
5.1 Mr-Beam-Hydro will offer a full refund or exchange for any product you return within 30 days of purchase. However, the product must be unopened and in its original condition. You'll also be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
If you are unable to send a product back to us, we can arrange to collect the item from you. But you'll still be responsible for any delivery charge incurred. Please note, if you ask us to arrange collection, as we use a courier service, you'll not be able cancel this request.
5.2 If you receive a faulty product from us, we'll offer you either a full refund or exchange. We'll also reimburse any delivery charge you've paid and cover the cost of returning the faulty product. If you wish, we can even arrange to collect the item from you.
However, you must inform us of the fault, in writing, within seven working days of delivery. If you fail to do so, we'll be unable to commit to any of the above.
If the product is found to be without fault, you'll be charged a 10% administration fee of the price you paid for the item. You'll also be held liable for all postage and packaging costs.

6. Miscellaneous
6.1 If any of these conditions are deemed invalid and/or unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining conditions.
6.2 If either party does not seek to enforce their rights under these terms and conditions, it will not prevent either party from being able to take action in the future.
6.3 This agreement between you and us shall be governed by English law.
6.4 We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of this contract. By purchasing a product from us, you accept our right to do so.

3.2 We'll only use your personal details to complete a sale you 've agreed to enter into with us.
